One phone screening, then a final-stage online interview with IT managers for a technical interview. The phone screening had 5 general personal questions. The technical interview has 5 terminology questions, plus one coding question with a 20-minut

The first interview was primarily behavioral. Some of the questions were a bit odd; "what does diversity mean to you?" This question doesn't seem quite relevant at this stage in the interview process. Other questions were just technical vocabulary.
