Process

Must possess an Airframe and Powerplant license.

Easy to get hired if you have experience, which is better, but you won't be reimbursed for it.

Will start from base pay.

Negotiate your preference of area to work.

There are always openings throughout the system. Request other cities at the beginning.

If not, then Eagle will tell you there's only one opening. Most likely a place that is hard for them to fill (the sticks).

Interview is very basic and easy. Just be professional.

Questions

No questions were asked where much thought is needed to answer.

Would you work nights?

Will you work weekends and on holidays?

Would you tolerate abusive discriminatory behavior directed at you from your supervisor?

Was this helpful?
