I only had one stage of interviews. As an external candidate, AA was able to fly me out for an in-person interview.

The interview process took a little more than an hour. We mostly discussed my prior experiences, my resume, what the job is about, and my experience level with the required skills.

I thought the interview process went super smooth, even though I do not have any experience in the airline industry. They did test my skills for coding by showing me a clip of code and asking what it's about.
