Company policies, benefits, career advancement opportunities, and compensation are not equal between work groups.
While touting diversity and inclusion, much of the company's actual actions follow the classic "good old boys" mentality.

Pros: Fun projects, of large magnitude, that have a large influence on the product.
Cons: Airline business is tough.
Low margins.
Frequent periods of financial loss.
Promotions are tough; once into the middle management ranks, promotions can only happen when someone dies or leaves a position.
