My time was wasted, and I didn't really learn anything applicable to engineering. There was an overabundance of managers/leads. This led to confusing and conflicting information on who was responsible to whom and for what. IT/office support was incredibly inefficient. It took weeks for me to get a phone, computer, internet access, and software.
