Pros: • Flight benefits to every location AA flies.
• Great vacation & resort deals with company ID.
• Progressive company culture.
• Modern work spaces.
• Lots of social and networking events for all ages.
• Co-workers are always organizing international weekend trips.
• Lots of office parties/potlucks depending on where you’re located.
• Managers are typically flexible with work schedules depending on your family circumstances.
• There are all kinds of programs to encourage healthy living, and many co-workers will go on walks over lunch.
Cons: It’s easy to just become a cog in the wheel of the corporate machine here.
