Senior Developer Interview Experience - Fort Worth, Texas
Process
I applied online. After one week, I received an email for a face-to-face interview at American Airlines headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. The interview took 2 hours. I met with a team of people. They asked technical and behavioral questions and asked me to do some coding on the laptop. The interview went very well. It has been 3 weeks since the interview, and my job application is still showing "In Progress" status. During this time, I emailed the American Airlines coordinator to see if I am still being considered. She forwarded my email to a talent advisor, but I still haven't received an update yet.
