The team I was interviewed by did not speak English very well. I had a hard time understanding them and had to ask them to repeat constantly. It was very frustrating.
By the middle of the interview, one guy was answering emails on his laptop. The other two people were talking to each other in a non-English language and laughing a lot. I really wanted to walk out at that point.
