Pros: Flight Benefits: Food from catering carts after plane lands. Being able to sleep at night when the plane is done. Able to leave work when still on the clock and come back before punch out. Getting plastics and aluminum cans off the overnight aircraft at LAX.
Cons: Transport workers union is DIRT Pay, not at industry standards.

Pros: Welcoming community. Everyone you work with is willing to help to some degree, and if they can't, they'll direct you to the right person.
Work is not that hard; there is a lot of on-the-job training. Work does not follow you home.
Cons: The work can get boring if you work in a division you are not very interested in.
