Work is not that hard; there is a lot of on-the-job training. Work does not follow you home.
The work can get boring if you work in a division you are not very interested in.

American Airlines Interview Experiences
Aircraft Mechanic, A&P
Easy and quick. You will have at least two people in the interview: one from the union and one from the company. Both will ask questions and both will grade you based on your answers and skills test.

Three interviews and one written exam. The interviews were not that difficult, but the most difficult part was the written exam. Remembering the Data model configurations. The free plane ride down to Dallas was pretty awesome though.
