First, I had a phone interview with HR. She didn’t tell me the time of the face-to-face interview when setting up the next level, so I had to call her to reschedule. The F2F was the annoying part, with a lot of people. It seemed like the team came to ask their questions and left after their turn. They were walking in and out of the room, which was very distracting and made me nervous. They tried to connect developers from Argentina to be part of the interview, which did not work. Questions were mainly on resume content and basic QA requirements.
