The company will fly you to Dallas for one interview. You will sit with one HR representative. Experience is not required. All employees have a starting base rate at well under the industry average. A clean driving record is required.
A very quick interview event that involved a practical portion and questions. There was very little time to decide whether or not to accept the offer. It involved a rapid drug test on the spot and fingerprint checking.
Two parts. The first is a mechanical test, and then if you pass, you get the behavioral test. Which was basic Starr questions. Overall, not bad. I just didn’t expect the mechanical test, lol.
