Pros

The only thing I can think of is the satisfaction of fixing an aircraft.

It is not the flying, since it is extremely difficult to go anywhere these days.

Cons

No respect from management or other workers, i.e., flight crews. It used to be different; I don't know where it went wrong. Working holidays and weekends.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. We have been in the trenches for a long time, and show respect.
