You have to pass the practical test to take an interview. It was a simple practical about multimeters (voltage, continuity, etc.), resistors, schematic reading, simple knowledge about symbols, safety wires, reading charts, and some general knowledge.

Experience, character, character, character, and attitude. How you deal with and handle pressure is important. Negative people need not apply; you will not make probation. Pay is great at $47.50/hr, with a contract closing in at around $51/hr by year
