Many great people work at AA. I've always felt welcome to be 100% myself. Tech-wise, there are a number of great minds who are more than willing to help with any problems you might be having. Flight benefits are also pretty nice.
Lots of older code bases. Lots of teams hesitant to use newer tech. Many developers coasting.
