Everything went smoothly. They asked a few technical questions based on my resume, and shared about the company, how they work, and what they expect from candidates.

I got furloughed from American in 2020 and reapplied in 2022. I was connected with an HR rep and set up a virtual interview. The interview was an hour long, and there were five people in the meeting, most of them being engineers.

Terrible. I was contacted by a recruiting company, and it was a disaster. I didn't know where to go until the day of the interview. I was then immediately rejected when I said I didn't know Spring.
