Too many full-time employees have been there over 30 years. There are very few administrative openings at the Tulsa maintenance base. Lots of chiefs; not all are qualified for the positions they hold.
Fresh people and hiring from outside the company, more than just contractors, would infuse the staleness of AA. Too much nepotism.
