No growth - poor corporate culture

Base salary is not very competitive. The growth opportunities at American are very poor. I'm one of the top performers in the group and have only seen one promotion in 7 years. The rest of my teammates are in the same boat (some have not seen a single promotion in the same amount of time).
Also, lately the corporate culture and company policies are becoming blatant in their desire to further the leftist agenda. The CEO just had an email sent out to the entire company asking them to donate to the controversial and radical senate majority leader for the Democratic party. They are no longer hiding the ball.
Get your act together. You promote diversity and inclusion, but it's obvious to everyone that your inclusion is limited to those who share your own beliefs.
