Good work environment, great team, although this may vary among teams.
FLIGHT BENEFITS
Tasks are highly specialized, and not much responsibility is given to Level 1, 2, or 3 engineers, mostly due to the nature of aviation work and the regulatory environment.
Allow for more work flexibility. Having a worker in the office for 40 hours doesn't directly translate to higher productivity. Allow work from home as needed, or else, AA will lose top talent.
