Challenging work with lots of interesting problems to solve.
Mixed technologies. Some applications that we worked with were more than 30 years old, and some were very cutting edge.
Culture is not very innovative. There is a lot of "we do it that way because that's the way we've always done it."

Intern - Engineering
They requested me for an in-person interview a couple of weeks after I submitted my resume through their career website. After one interview with two Senior Engineers, they gave me an offer about a week later.
Developer Associate
I applied through a company job site. After 15 days, a recruiter called me and arranged the technical interview. In the technical interview, there were three people from the hiring team.
