Amazing Culture at AA & Decent Pay
The culture at American is amazing. I've had several managers and have liked all of them. The work-life balance, in my experience, is good. Rarely are there times I need to work outside of the 9-to-5.
PTO takes a little while to accrue, and pay isn't super competitive. Flight benefits kind of make up for it, but are difficult to use.
The management team in IT is wonderful. I have nothing more to say.
