If you are single and love to travel without confirmed seats (non-rev), this is the best place to work with flight privileges. You won't get bored, as there will always be some project to work on.
2 weeks vacation for the first 5 years. Nothing gets carried over, i.e., sick or vacation balance. All policies are department or sometimes team-specific. Too many employees on the same levels so there is no growth or promotion.
Take care of employees and help them to grow within the organization.
