Great People, Great Place, Lots of Bureaucracy
They are working to create a place that develops software "the right way".
Quality is placed at a premium and the people are top-notch.
Sometimes the politics can obstruct projects and the ability to get work done. Some senior people enjoy showing off their technical skills, to the detriment of the environment. Also, the employee flight benefits aren't that great anymore. The planes are so full that you can't be sure of being able to travel and get back reliably.
Work to flatten the hierarchical structure. Other than that, it's a great place to work.
