American Airlines Interview Experiences
Web Developer, Digital Communication
Someone from the HR team reached out to me two weeks after I had applied for the position. I was supposed to travel down to the AA headquarters in Dallas, but ended up with a phone interview due to the snowstorm on the East Coast.
Software Developer
This was for an internship. I got invited to this interview through a job fair at school. The interview was scheduled on campus a couple of days after the fair. There will be another round after this in AA headquarters.
Aircraft Maintenance Technician
The company will fly you to Dallas for one interview. You will sit with one HR representative. Experience is not required. All employees have a starting base rate at well under the industry average. A clean driving record is required.
