- Great work-life balance
Cons: - Poor salary compared to other companies of a similar size.
- Have recently started to cut benefits for TLS employees.
- Very political environment, heavy push for racial diversity/inclusivity policies.
- Top management heavy.
- Extremely bureaucratic.

- Great benefits.
Cons: - Not really a con, but I wish there was an employee-related Amex card.

Pros: American Express has great benefits, especially when it comes to paid time off and being able to work remotely.
Cons: Takes time to get promotions and does not feel they place an importance on career development.
