Process

This was my first-round interview.

It was a video call with two industrial engineers and lasted about an hour. The interview included a few behavioral questions along with some case questions.

Questions

Give a time when you solved a large challenge.

Two-part question:

  1. You are the leader of an organization and have to figure out why so many credit card accounts are being canceled. How would you handle the issue?

  2. There is a separate division in the company ("Alpha") that will send mass emails to customers regarding their many credit card benefits. How will you get them involved in this project?

A call center has a day and night shift. The day shift goes through calls 25% quicker than the night shift. How will you engage in the conversation with the night shift to improve their speed?
