Process

The interview process was quite quick, lasting about 1.5 months. I applied for the position through the subcontracting company, EPAM Systems.

There were six interview sessions in total:

  • Four with EPAM Systems
  • Two with AMEX

Overall, my impression after the interviews was good. I answered all the questions, but the response from HR was that the client liked my background and experience but was looking for someone more experienced. They also mentioned that I seemed tense during the interview, which sounds more like an excuse.
