Quality Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

The interviewers consisted of a lady and a gentleman, both seemingly clueless about QA.

The lady was arrogant and particularly poor in communication.

The recruiter repeatedly sent the same interview invite, at least 10 times, with no changes.

It is chaotic if you choose to interview with Amex. I am not sure how they are even qualified to conduct interviews.

Overall, this was a worst experience and a horrible company. Avoid if you can, unless you know someone. Interviews at Amex are an eyewash.
