Senior Engineer Interview Experience - India

Process

First round: 3 algorithms with no real-world applications.

If they want someone who mugs up algorithms, then what's the point of algorithms?

LeetCode/Codility are clients of these organizations. It's a two-way business.

Organizations sign contracts with these providers like LeetCode, etc., and then candidates are also forced to pay to enroll and practice them.

Now, where are the ethics here? All a bunch of BS.

Second round: Interviewer just wants to show up.

Worst process ever.
