A few days after applying, I was contacted by someone from the recruitment team and agreed to an initial phone interview.
In the email, she also asked me to confirm my salary expectations and provide other information.
During the phone interview, she began by stating: "Your salary expectations are too high, and if you don't think you can be flexible, we can end this call now."
This did not create a great impression of the company, to be honest.
Even after I said I was open to discussing, she stated she would be in touch within a week with next steps, but completely disappeared after that.
