This was for a contract-to-hire position through Motion Recruitment.
I submitted my resume through a recruiter and had one hour-ish interview, followed by an offer.
The interview consisted of:
- Half culture fit/situational questions
- Half tech/coding assessment
There were no algorithm questions, just basic JavaScript/React knowledge.
