Process
The entire interview process was conducted online.
It included a 30-minute behavioral interview, followed by a 45-minute technical interview.
These were conducted by two separate interviewers, with a 30-minute break in between.
The technical interview consisted of two coding questions.
Overall, the interview process was very smooth. The interviewers were friendly and very enthusiastic about working for Amex.
