Process

I completed an easy 1-hour 30-minute Codility challenge with a total of three questions. I was then reached out to by an AmEx recruiter with information regarding their NY Super Day.

The Super Day consisted of a tour, time to ask questions, and two interviews. One interview was technical, with questions about my background and two coding questions. The other was behavioral.

The reason I marked this experience as negative was after receiving a verbal offer and being told my written offer would be emailed within a week, I never received anything. I reached out to the recruiter and sent an email. She finally told me they were working on my offer for the office location of my choice. It has been three weeks since that happened, and I still have no response.
