Process
This is for the new grad program in 2019. There was a technical screening (pretty simple, all arrays/strings/math) and then an onsite. The onsite contained:
- A PowerPoint presentation about Amex
- A lunch
- A behavioral interview
- A technical interview
Questions
The technical interview was really easy (how to count the number of unique words in a sentence), and the behavioral interview was more of a chill conversation about my resume and why I chose Amex.
