The interview process spanned over three months, from initial application to the final stage.
It included two 45-minute interviews: one behavioral and one technical. The interviewers were great and incredibly helpful in providing a better understanding of the position and the company as a whole.
A "30-minute final conversation" with a team director was scheduled with less than 24 hours' notice. This person was great to talk to about my interests and how I work.
However, an additional individual, who was not on the attendee list, joined the meeting five minutes before it was scheduled to end. This person then turned the conversation into an interview.
The 30-minute meeting dragged out to one hour and was highly unpleasant, as I was only prepared for a conversation with the director due to the short notice.
Note to recruiters: Please expedite the interview process instead of having month-long gaps between phases.
Please explain object-oriented programming.
