Pros: Great colleagues who are talented and supportive.
Interesting projects with a strong company brand and resources.
Compensation and benefits are fantastic.
Cons: Leadership engagement on our team is severely lacking. Over the course of the past year, I haven’t had a single 1:1 meeting with my leader. Some team members didn’t even receive a midyear review.
Slack messages and Outlook emails often go unread or unanswered, making it difficult to get timely feedback and clarity. Our leader regularly doesn’t show up to scheduled and accepted meetings, which disrupts team coordination and morale.
