A multi-step interview process is followed.
In the first step, candidates are given a Hirevue digital interview. Candidates can complete this interview at their convenience, either on a PC, laptop, or phone. The digital interview process consists of behavioral and technical questions. While the emphasis on correct answers is unclear, the HR representative will evaluate your communication skills, presentation skills, confidence in speaking, and articulation.
In the second step, the HR representative will contact and chat with the candidate to determine if their profile and career aspirations align with the job description. Be prepared for behavioral questions from HR. If you are successful, HR will submit your profile to the Hiring Leader (Director of Technical Delivery).
The Hiring Leader will then decide if the candidate can be approved for the further stages of the interview process.
In the third step, candidates will be given a Hirevue technical assessment. During this interview, a technical panelist will facilitate the session with a list of objective questions, followed by a hands-on screen-sharing coding assignment. This interview will last 45-60 minutes and will be a deciding factor in the entire interview process.
In the fourth step, there will be a telephonic round with the Hiring Leader. The questions can be either behavioral or technical, depending on the Hiring Leader's background. This interview will last 45-60 minutes.
The fifth step in the interview process is a Hirevue round with the VP. They will again evaluate the candidate on behavioral and technical/domain areas.
All five stages of the interview are equally important.
