Process

Recruiter call 2hr Codility test Engineering manager call - 1/2 hour 1 & 1/2 hour live coding interview & technical Q/A

People were very pleasant. However, the process felt too lengthy and repetitive. There also wasn't enough time for candidates to ask questions.

More preparation could have been given to candidates, for example, ensuring their local development environment was set up.

Ultimately, I decided to drop out of the process due to a lack of clarity around the role applied for and a perceived lack of growth opportunity.
