Process
Two back-to-back 45-minute on-campus interviews were conducted. These included some easy technical content, such as listing primitive types and their bit lengths, but were mostly behavioral questions.
About a month later, students were flown to Fort Lauderdale for on-site interviews. These interviews had basically the same style, with two back-to-back 45-minute sessions featuring some easy technical content but predominantly behavioral questions.
