They give you the option for a Macbook Pro with full specs.
If you work hard, you can progress.

- No room for progress.
- No diversity; most colleagues worldwide are from one South Asian country.
- Contact you after work hours because of the US timezone if you work in the UK.
- Much stress because of bad work estimations.
- Management issues, bad structure in management.
- Trips to Brighton office with no reason and no reimbursement.
