The interview included a behavioral round and a LeetCode round. The behavioral round was pretty straightforward, and the technical round consisted of two mostly easy questions. This interview took place in December 2022.

Pros: Great team members and leaders.
Good work-life balance; overtime is discouraged unless you need to monitor or deploy your application in production (which for me was very rare).
The internship program is very organized.
New grads are given the choice to go back to the same team or try something new.
Remote, hybrid, or in-office is possible.
Cons: Too many meetings that could be emails.
Not enough direction from leadership on what specific teams should work on, which leads to confusing sprint planning and team members working on things that are not in scope of the project.
Reorgs and layoffs occur every year or so (mostly contractors).
