Process

It was a three-step process:

  1. An initial screening over the phone, which was very easy. Simple questions were asked, such as, "What is the difference between Java and JavaScript?"

  2. Next, after two to three weeks, they conducted a technical interview over the phone on topics like OOPs concepts, multithreading, and memory management. You would be asked to do coding on screen share.

  3. After two days, I was called for an on-site interview. This had two rounds. One was a behavioral round, asking questions like, "What do you want to be five years down the line?" and "What qualities do you look for in a leader?" The next round consisted of an estimation question and a root cause analysis, where you had to find the solution by asking questions to the interviewer.

Questions

Nothing was difficult. They are very helpful and will help you solve the problem.
