Software Engineering Intern Interview Experience - Phoenix, Arizona

November 1, 2024
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The interview process involved a resume screen, followed by a single, final interview before a potential offer.

The interview lasted 70 minutes and was divided into approximately 30 minutes of behavioral questions and 40 minutes of technical questions, with two interviewers present.

We had to reschedule because my interviewer repeatedly got disconnected from the Hirevue meeting they set up.

During the technical portion, I was asked two questions. However, the interviewers frequently micro-managed my code, which made it much harder for me to fully explore the problem independently.
