Process
The interview process included:
- Hirevue sent to all applicants containing written questions (mostly duplicates of the original application).
- Recruiter phone call to schedule an interview.
- Mostly technical interview with two engineers.
I missed the first recruiter call and didn't hear back, despite following up multiple times. I received a rejection letter with invalid reasoning, then was contacted by a different recruiter to set up an interview. Overall, it was a poor experience interacting with company representatives.
