Then, they make you take one of those automated tests.

Then another tech screen.

Then one more tech screen.

Most of the questions they ask have little to nothing to do with the apparent day-to-day. The interviewers just seem to be showing off their tech skills instead of probing about your knowledge as it would apply to the job at hand.

Just your standard tech screen questions. Most of it is high-level and has little to nothing to do with how you might perform in the job.
