Worldwide company provides a multi-cultural experience in a matrixed environment. They have a mainframe network, which is rare and fun to work with.

Cons

Offshore employment is easier to obtain than onshore. Offshore contractors are always given preference over onshore. The pool of onshore contractors at American Express is a group of highly skilled people.

Advice to Management

Technology VPs would benefit from working together.
