This review is specific about the PF Process in Amex, India. They have a good website to download our Pay Slips and Income Tax forms after we have left the company. This is good.
But the PF Team is very, very, very bad. They find very, very silly reasons to reject your PF Transfer. I'm not sure what makes them happy in holding our hard-earned money. I'm not even sure how such a great company like American Express has a partnership with this kind of company.
Ascent PF - the worst. I left the company 1 year back. I followed up for the last 3 months with over 30 emails. The PF team is unable to resolve the issue. Very incompetent.
Kindly, give importance to the alumni of the company. If someone reads my review, you might lose some good talents entering your company.
1. Online coding challenge on Codility, consisting of 2 coding questions. 2. Behavioural interview on HireVue. 4/5 questions, approximately 20 minutes. 3. In-person assessment centre invitation, including group work as well as solo sessions.
Through the college placement and internship cell during my 3rd and 4th year, Amex came to my college for recruitment. I participated in the hiring process. I tried but couldn't make it.
Asked two questions. Both were LeetCode easy. The interviewer came late and seemed very disorganized. He kept asking random questions about Java garbage collection, runtime errors, etc., and interrupting while I was answering.
