Health benefits, financial support. An 8 AM to 5 PM hybrid work schedule is available three days a week.
Beware of manager/leader power trips. The company offers no stocks, which compare poorly to my last role. The vacation time is low, and 3 weeks of sick leave is not enough if COVID is still around. The onboarding experience is poor. The pay is low.
Get rid of sick leave time.
