Startup-like culture in a lot of tech departments, as the overall engineer count (including support and others) was only 1000 a couple of years back. Please have a word with your manager before choosing a project.
If you are from a good banking or product organization, think 10 times before joining.
Please improve middle management. Just calling people leaders doesn't help. At least provide them with some training and resources to learn management skills.
Please review enterprise patterns followed in other companies to understand the correct practices.
