Apart from salary, work, and perks, there is one major part that makes a workplace more hospitable: inclusivity, openness, and zero tolerance for any kind of close-mindedness.
I strongly believe in these ideals, and this stands out as one of the best things about this company.
This can easily become one of those places where you can see yourselves for the long haul.
The work here, at least in my team, is getting a little monotonous, and I feel like my technical growth has become stagnant.
